The New Bus for London

Back in October 2013 a new bus type in London entered service. This was the Volvo B5TL chassis with Wright Gemini 3 bodywork. This is a successor to the successful B9TL/Gemini 2. This went to London Central at Camberwell depot on route 12. More of these are being manufactured, going to Arriva at WN, Metroline at HT and Lothian Buses. The buses are similar to Scania Omnicity's, with similar seating and ride quality. I hope you enjoyed reading this post.

  1. I think the one for WN is probably going to be for the 29 or the 141 and I think the one for HT is probably going to be for the 17 or the 43.

    1. No I think you'll find the StreetDeck is an integral bus, which means Wrights own chassis. The one with the Volvo B5TL chassis is called the Gemini 3

  3. Hey guys, this is Glugface-Drunkard off of Holy Crap. The Gemini 3 is epic!!! More companies should order them. ROCK ON BEASTS!!!

P.S. Holy Crap is a private blog that talks about London buses, coaches and trains and share random jokes that are nothing to do with London buses, coaches and trains.
